• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without notice.
• We accept secure online payments and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
• Online transactions are processed by trusted third-party gateways; PrimePet does not store card details.
• Orders may be held or cancelled if payment verification fails or suspicious activity is detected.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
• Standard delivery time is 2–7 working days depending on your location.
• Delays caused by couriers, weather, or public holidays are beyond our control.
• Customers must provide accurate delivery details; additional fees may apply for re-delivery.

Free shipping is available for qualifying orders over Rs. 2,000.

5. Returns and Refunds

PrimePet accepts returns and replacements for defective, damaged, or incorrect items in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy. Eligible requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. Refunds or replacements will be processed after verification.

6. Product Information and Usage

We strive to ensure all product information, descriptions, and images are accurate. However, minor variations may occur due to updates or packaging differences. All PrimePet products are intended for pet use only and should be used according to instructions provided.

Always consult a veterinarian before use if your pet has health concerns or allergies.

PrimePet’s liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the product. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including health issues resulting from misuse or neglect of instructions.
